Gutter cleaning service
Clean out debris from gutters by hand. Spot check downspouts are clear. This does not include a rinse down of gutters unless requested by the customer, at an additional cost. Ladder stand-off arms will be used to prevent gutter damage.
Exterior window cleaning
Brush and water method, air dried. This method does not include a mop, squeegee or scraping of the windows. A light cleaning solution will be used if needed, but often not necessary. The soft water found in the lower mainland allows for a good clean finish.
Soft washing / building washing
Brush and water method, air dried. This method does not include a mop, squeegee or scraping of the windows. A light cleaning solution will be used if needed, but often not necessary. The soft water found in the lower mainland allows for a good clean finish.
Concrete and sidewalk cleaning
Use high pressure washer to clean agreed upon surfaces. A light bleach and dish soap detergent may be used to loosen up green, black, grey algae, mold or fungus.
Roof cleaning and moss treatment
Apply moss and mildew killer. Power wash roof. Clean out gutters. Apply moss and mildew inhibitor. A mixture of bleach and dish soap will be used to kill the moss and mildew on the roof. Tarps will be laid on the ground to catch moss overspray from roof. House, siding, neighbor’s property and any area dirtied by the rinsing of the roof will be rinsed and cleaned.
Snow removing
Removing snow from all strata property including city sidewalks as it is required by city for strata to maintain walkable status . This also includes de-icing by salt.
